Accounts Administrator
Location: Lancaster
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you looking to take your first steps into a career in finance? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join my client who are a large, well-established company based in Lancaster.
This role is perfect for an AAT studier or recent college leaver who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accountancy and finance, with plenty of scope to learn and develop in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting with reconciliations and query resolution
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and accounting tasks
- Helping to maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Contributing to process improvements within the finance function
About You
- Studying AAT, or recently completed college studies in a finance-related subject
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
