Process customer invoices and credits on a daily / weekly basis Process customer statements and marketing updates on a monthly basis Receipt new account forms ensuring correct completion Obtain audit information as required Receive, balance, enter & bank payments Allocate payments Reconcile accounts Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc. Follow up as required Follow up overdue accounts by letter & phone & email Liaise with sales force & internal staff re overdue accounts, queries & other matters as necessary Permanent
