Process customer invoices and credits on a daily / weekly basis Process customer statements and marketing updates on a monthly basis Receipt new account forms ensuring correct completion Obtain audit information as required Receive, balance, enter and bank payments Allocate payments Reconcile accounts Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc. Follow up as required Follow up overdue accounts by letter and phone and email Liaise with sales force and internal staff re overdue accounts, queries and other matters as necessary Permanent
