The successful candidate will also be tracking, recording and accounting for (incoming) supplier invoices to facilitate a monthly recharge invoice to clients (outgoing). Duties and Responsibilities include: Oversee the billing and aftercare shared mailbox, including responding to any inquiries regarding outstanding balances. Raise and track purchase orders/delivery notes (3-way matching) Engage with suppliers and external parties (utility providers) Serve as a point of contact between the Finance Team and Aftercare Team to resolve any billing discrepancies.
