A repeat customer of mine is now looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team at their state of the art offices in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within an experienced team and would be a great next step for an AAT studier.
This role will be perfect for experienced candidates who have previous experience working a finance environment where you will have experience in the following areas
- Processing purchase invoices accurately
- Liasing with suppliers to ensure queries are dealy with quickly
- Keep purchase ledger account reconciliations accurate and up to date.
- Assist the wider finance team with a variety of tasks, contributing to team goals and taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role including ad hoc projects
About You
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
