Robert Half are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Administrator to join a busy team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.Swindon based, 5 days on site.This is a hands-on position supporting both finance and wider operational administration, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and keeping processes running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging incoming emails and acting as a key point of contactHandling inbound and outbound phone callsIssuing invoices, credits, and statements to customers in line with requestsSupporting with general ad-hoc administrative tasksProcessing timesheets every MondayChasing Business Managers for outstanding timesheetsMonthly Responsibilities:Completing mileage and expense claimsMaintaining compliance checklists:Ad-Hoc / Ongoing Tasks:Setting up new customer accounts as requiredProcessing Return to Work formsMaintaining employee records (electronic and hard copy filing)Supporting ONS (Office for National Statistics) requests (as required)Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in finance admin / accounts admin / office admin rolesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfident communicator (email and phone)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environmentProficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel desirable)Additional InformationFull-time, on-site role (5 days per week)9-month fixed-term contractImmediate or short notice candidates preferred to start from ..... full job details .....
