Accounting Technician/ Bookkeeper- Dungannon- £35k Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful company based in Dungannon. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounting Technician/ Bookkeeper to join their team.Working within a vibrant, fast paced and growing Finance Team, the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties: Manage the Purchase Ledger, including supplier payments and project records.Maintain the Sales Ledger, including invoicing, statements and customer correspondence.Process and maintain the Nominal Ledger.Complete bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations.Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records.Reconcile company credit card accounts.Assisting with monthly management accounts.Manage credit control activities.Prepare and submit online VAT returns (UK, ROI and Intrastat).Prepare and submit HMRC CIS returns.Support payroll administration.Manage office supplies and general office administration.Carry out filing and other administrative duties as required.Essential Criteria:Accounting Technician, Part Qualified Accountant to Qualified-By-Experience BookkeeperAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to manage the full accounts function and report ..... full job details .....
