Accounting Technician Job Overview Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgersHandle accounts payable/receivable and bank depositsCode invoices using Xero, QuickBooks, or SagePrepare VAT returns, income and expenditure statements, PandL, and balance sheetsMaintain petty cash and historical recordsProvide clerical and admin support to the finance team Accounting Technician Job Requirements Prior experience in accounting/bookkeepingStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency in Xero, Sage, or QuickBooksExcellent organisation, time management, and attention to detailAbility to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Accounting Technician Salary and Benefits Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum, based on experience.Flexible working hours: 37.5 hours per week, with a typical working day from 8:30am to 5:00pm (flexible for school runs, etc.). 100% office-based role.Overtime ..... full job details .....
