Accounting Practice Manager - Diss£50,000 - £60,000 depending on experienceFull time 37.5 hours per week Are you ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post qualified experience in accountancy practice, already managing clients and people and ready for a role with broader influence? Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting an Accounting Practice Manager in Diss, joining the management team of a sizeable accountancy practice and working closely with senior management and Partners. You''ll manage a portfolio of key clients, but this role goes considerably further than looking after accounts and deadlines. You''ll have day to day responsibility for developing people, mentoring senior team members, managing resources and helping grow the client base. There''s a commercial side too. You''ll be encouraged to build relationships with referrers, get involved in networking and new business opportunities and identify where clients could benefit from wider services across the practice.
