This is an opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who wants to lead a niche practice, grow its client base and work towards becoming an equity partner. You’ll manage an existing client portfolio and a team of four accountants: two based in the UK and two offshore. Alongside overseeing the team’s work, you’ll provide advisory and consultancy support to construction businesses, develop new relationships and build a strong pipeline of future clients.
