Accounting ManagerLondon Hybrid Leading US Law FirmMy client, a highly respected US law firm, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their London office. The position works closely with the CFO, DOA/COFA, and US-based finance teams, offering excellent exposure across the firm. As Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of a wide range of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth day-to-day operations. This includes:AccountingPreparing, filing and paying quarterly VAT returns.Supporting the annual SAR audit, liaising with auditors and responding to queries.Working with the US Accounting team on the UK LLP statutory audit, including year-end journals and reporting.Liaising with the relevant contacts on UK partnership tax filings and partner tax statements.Performing GL reconciliations (pensions, loans, receivables, salary advances, deposits).Overseeing expenses and supplier payments approvals and processes.Payroll and BenefitsManaging monthly payroll in partnership with HR and an outsourced provider.Maintaining the master salary list and ensuring timely, accurate payroll delivery.Overseeing all HMRC requirements.Managing pension contributions and auto-enrolment compliance.Handling payroll queries and preparing final data for the US team.Completing payroll year-end tasks including PAYE Settlement and P11D(b).Partner PayrollManaging the UK SEP draw schedule and monthly partner payments.Liaising with US teams on FX, tax and capital deductions. ..... full job details .....
