Accounting Manager -Leeds Based/Hybrid. About the role: Our client, a successful and growing Chartered Accountants and Business Advisory Service, are looking to recruit an experienced Accounting Manager (Client Services) to join their team based in Leeds. They deliver first-class service to their clients and contribute to the sector as a whole while undertaking a variety of work types for their clients including; accounts preparation, auditing services, taxation compliance, outsourcing solutions, book-keeping, payroll and consultancy and general advice. Accounting Manager - Key Responsibilities: The role of Accounting Manager (Client Services) will have varied disciplines for a number of their key clients, including reviewing and preparing annual accounts and supervising and mentoring the team members in order to meet the client''s needs. The role will also entail involvement with practice and workflow management for the wider team. We anticipate the role to be split 80% productive (working on key client portfolios) and 20% internal (managing workflow of whole team of 3-4 people, managing billing and work in progress and developing the team). The ideal candidate will have an exploratory approach to working in order to identify and solve problems efficiently and be passionate about developing and supporting their people.
