This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on qualified practice professional to manage their own portfolio while working within a close-knit and supportive team environment. The role would suit either an experienced Manager or a Senior Accountant looking for career progression into a manager role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of circa 100 clients, primarily sole traders and small limited companiesPrepare and review accounts, personal tax returns, VAT, CIS, bookkeeping, and MTD requirementsAct as the main point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationshipsSupport onboarding of new clients and oversee client billingAssist with CGT matters and wider client compliance requirementsManage and support a small team of junior staffWork across IRIS and cloud-based accounting software platformsKey RequirementsACCA qualified, MAAT qualified, or QBE consideredStrong experience within an accountancy practice environmentConfident managing client relationships and onboarding new clientsExperience across accounts, personal tax, VAT, bookkeeping, and CISKnowledge of IRIS and cloud accounting systemsOrganised, approachable, and hands-on in your working styleComfortable managing and mentoring junior staffWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salaryEnhanced ..... full job details .....
