Please click for similar jobsThe Skills You''ll Need: Mandarin, ACCA/CPA Qualified, transaction, TAX, Team managementYour New Salary: up to £70kOffice basedPermStart: ASAPTo be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:are fluent in Mandarinhave ACCA/CPA qualificationhave team management experienceIf that means this job isn’t a match for you please view our other vacancies for one that may be a better fit.What You''ll be Doing:Plan, organise, and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks of the teamSupervise and support daily operations of the accounting team (e.g., AP, AR, GL)Review and approve day-to-day accounting transactions and activitiesEnsure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closingsMaintain and enforce strong internal controls in line with accounting standard, tax regulations and company policiesOversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audit schedulesTrain, mentor, and evaluate accounting team performanceIdentify process inefficiencies and implement best practices for improved workflowCollaborate with cross-functional teams for improved working processesMonitor the department’s performance against KPIs and objectivesPrepare budgets and revenue forecastsEstablish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with company goalsThe Skills You''ll Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProgressive experience in accounting, including team leadership.
