Accountants - Property ManagementLocation: London - Hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsiteStart Date: ASAPContract Length: 31st July 2026 Day Rate - Competitive (Inside IR35)We are seeking Fully Qualified Statutory Accountants with strong experience in the property management sector to support a short-term assignment focused on year-end audit responses, balance sheet review and reconciliation, financial analysis and process improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesLead responses to specific areas of year-end audit queriesPerform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and reviewsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies across property-related accountsLiaise with internal stakeholders to validate financial dataProcess documentation, including identification of improvement areas and controlsEssentialFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Managing External Audit and Internal Audit processes and stakeholdersProven experience within property management or real estate financeAdvanced Excel user with ability to quickly and accurately analyse large data sets from multiple sources Strong balance sheet reconciliation and review experienceHands-on knowledge of Horizon and/or Agresso (nice-to-have)Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlinesAbility to work in a complex environmentWorks well under pressureForensic approach to investigating Attention to detailGeneral ledger Accounting (nice-to-have)VAT experience ..... full job details .....
