The Opportunity We are recruiting for an ambitious Accountant to join our client''s growing accountancy practice in the heart of Harrogate. This opportunity would suit someone with experience working within an accountancy practice who is looking to broaden their exposure across accounts, tax and audit while progressing their career within a supportive firm. The Role Preparing and reviewing VAT returns Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts Preparing statutory accounts for a diverse client portfolio Supporting personal and corporation tax compliance work Assisting with and leading audit assignments Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships Handling day-to-day client queries and providing professional advice Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate Maintaining accurate accounting ..... full job details .....
