This role offers variety across accounts preparation, tax, and bookkeeping for a diverse client base, providing an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice experience in a supportive environment.Firstly, what''s in it for you? 40,000 - 45,000 (DOE)20 days holiday, plus bank holidayDay off for your birthdayStandard pension schemeAccountant - Accountancy Practice ResponsibilitiesPrepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies from incomplete records.Prepare and submit VAT returns.Complete self-assessment tax returns and corporation tax returns.Assist with monthly bookkeeping and management accounts.Support clients with Capital Gains Tax calculations and submissions.Liaise with clients and HMRC as required to resolve queries promptly.Accountant - Accountancy Practice RequirementsAAT qualified (or equivalent).Minimum 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice environment.Proficient in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Ability to work to deadlines while managing multiple client priorities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to use initiative while working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Committed to maintaining client confidentiality at all times.Streamline ..... full job details .....
