Duties include:Preparation of statutory year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.Basic knowledge of personal and corporate taxation.Liaising with clients regarding accounts, tax returns, and other financial matters.Preparation of management accounts.Responding to ad hoc client queries via telephone or email.We are looking for candidates who:Are AAT qualified, or are qualified by experienceGood basic knowledge across accountancy services and some experience of working in UK chartered practice.Have experience with accounting software such as Iris, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.Can work independently to meet deadlines.Have a friendly, confident manner, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
