Accountant - Romanian Speaking

Our client based in Middlesex are currently seeking a Romanian-speaking Client Accountant to manage client accounts, VAT, and tax matters.This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse client base, supporting them with their accounting and tax needs while building long-term professional relationships. You''ll be part of a collaborative team with access to ongoing training and career progression.As a Client Accountant, you will be responsible for:Act as a main point of contact for clients, handling queries related to tax and accountsPrepare accounts up to Trial Balance for handover to the finalisation teamBuild and maintain strong, professional client relationshipsLiaise with HMRC when needed, including reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesEnsure all client data is complete, accurate, and up to datePrepare and submit VAT returnsWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in an accounting roleFluent in both Romanian and EnglishUp-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and accounting practicesStrong communication skills and attention to detailA proactive mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectivelyPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
