Accountant - Music Industry

Are you an ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant?Do you have experience of accounting for live events and festivals?Our client - a fast growing company in the music industry, would like to recruit an experienced accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting and compliance for a range of music festivals, concerts and live events.Working closely with promoters and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for:- Cash flow forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis for events- Day-to-day accounting, including overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable- Show accounting, expense claims, cash floats and settlements- Preparing quarterly VAT returns- Preparing monthly/quarterly management accounts- Preparing statutory accountsYou''ll be working as part of a friendly team who are expected to support each other.
