Accountant - Managerial Level Brighton, East Sussex£55,000-£60,000+ DOE Hunters'' client is an established and growing independent accountancy firm. They are looking for a qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant at managerial level to work closely with a Director across a varied portfolio of clients and projects. This is a broad role with plenty of variety, covering accounts, tax, client management, HMRC matters and advisory work, alongside more complex projects such as due diligence, acquisitions and mergers.Accountant - Managerial Level - The Role Manage client relationships and deal with queries from clients, HMRC, Companies House and other parties Assist the Director with advisory projects, due diligence, acquisitions and mergers Review work and support the development of junior staff Keep up to date with UK GAAP, tax and regulatory changes Contribute to the wider development of the firm and its client base Accountant - Managerial Level - The Fit ACA or ACCA qualified 3-4+ years'' accountancy practice experience, including 2 years post-qualification Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and UK tax Experience reviewing work and supporting junior staff CCH experience desirable but not essential What''s on Offer? 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays Additional Christmas closure days NEST pension after 3 months Employee Assistance Programme through BrightHR, supporting employee wellbeing Clear progression towards RI, Director and potential equity ..... full job details .....
