Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you''ll oversee the day-to-day finance function across two sites, manage a small finance team, and play a key role in improving processes and supporting business decisions. This is a hands-on role with genuine scope to develop into a more senior position over time. Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day accounts function across both businesses Leading and developing a team of five finance staff Preparing monthly management accounts Managing payroll submissions through an external provider Completing VAT returns and other compliance requirements Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning Overseeing accounts payable, receivable and credit control Assisting with year-end and audit activity Supporting the integration of a recently ..... full job details .....
