Working closely with local businesses, entrepreneurs and established SMEs, you''ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial and tax services while helping clients make informed business decisions.Your new role Client Portfolio ManagementManaging a varied portfolio of business and individual clients.Acting as the primary contact for day-to-day client queries.Developing long-term relationships and providing an excellent client experience.Attending client meetings and discussing financial performance and planning opportunities.Accounts and CompliancePreparing and reviewing year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.Preparing and reviewing VAT returns.Preparing management accounts and financial reporting packs.Assisting with corporation tax and self-assessment compliance.Ensuring all statutory filing deadlines are met.Advisory SupportSupporting clients with budgeting and cashflowAdvising on accounting systems and process improvements.Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Assisting business owners in understanding key financial performance indicators.Team CollaborationSupporting and mentoring trainees and junior accountants.Reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.Working collaboratively with Partners and Managers on complex assignments and ..... full job details .....
