The practice supports a varied portfolio of limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, pension schemes, trusts and individual clients.Due to an increase in client demand, the firm is looking for an experienced Accountant with at least four years'' recent experience working within a UK accountancy practice to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice professional who enjoys varied client work and wants to join a friendly team where attitude, practical ability and client service are paramount. THE ACCOUNTANT ROLEPreparing year-end statutory accounts for limited companiesProducing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and other unincorporated businessesPreparing accounts for pension schemes, trusts and other specialist entitiesCompleting corporation tax computations and returnsPreparing personal tax returnsLiaising directly with clients regarding accounts, taxation and routine queriesEnsuring assignments are completed accurately and within agreed deadlinesSupporting bookkeeping and VAT return preparation where requiredProducing management accountsAssisting clients with tax planning and company statutory mattersMaintaining accurate working papers and client recordsTravelling occasionally to meet clients and other business contacts THE PERSONA minimum of four years'' ..... full job details .....
