Group Financial Accountant Windsor Berkshire SL4We require a Group Financial Accountant to join our collaborative finance team in Windsor.The Group are a fast-growing, acquisitive group with over 120 sites that support children and adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. You will join their collaborative finance team in Windsor. This will be a Hybrid role with some meetings taking place in Windsor during the year.About The Role of Group Financial AccountantReporting to the Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you''ll play a central role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities of Group Financial AccountantLead on the annual audit process, acting as a key contact for external auditorsPrepare and review statutory accounts, including disclosures and supporting documentationEnsure strong financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance across the groupPerform month-end balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedulesManage Capex reporting and the Fixed Asset RegisterSupport month-end close processes, including journals and head office reportingAssist with the annual budgeting processContribute to statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g. ONS submissions)Partner with non-finance stakeholders, explaining ..... full job details .....
