Accountant - Care and Support Organisation: Housing Plus Group Salary: 49,200 per annum Location: Telford / hybrid working, minimum one day per week in the office Working Pattern: 36 hours per week Closing Date: Wednesday 14th October 2026 Final Interviews: Week commencing Monday 2nd November 2026 This is an exciting opportunity to join Housing Plus Group and play an important role in the financial management of its Care and Support services. Housing Plus Group is seeking an Accountant - Care and Support to provide high-quality financial management, insight and control across its care entities, Housing for Older People services and, where required, the landlord entity. Reporting to the Head of Finance - Care and Support, the postholder will support robust financial planning, accurate reporting and effective decision-making across the Care and Support Directorate. The role combines management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business partnering and team leadership. It offers the opportunity to work closely with operational teams, translate complex financial information for non-finance colleagues and contribute to business cases, service reviews, transformation projects, bids and tenders within the care domain.
