This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a vital part in driving financial performance across the dealership.The RoleAs Dealership Accountant, you will take full responsibility for the financial management of the site, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and insightful analysis to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare group accounts and contribute to monthly management meetingsOversee all financial transactions across the dealershipManage debtor control and reportingMonitor and report on working capitalOversee vehicle stock fundingPerform balance sheet reconciliationsProduce forecasts, budgets, and financial reportsPrepare dealership comparison and performance reportsSubmit composite reports in line with manufacturer requirementsLead and manage Sales Administration and Accounts teamsAbout YouPrevious experience as an Accountant within a franchised motor dealershipStrong understanding of the retail automotive sectorExperience managing accounts across multi-site operations (desirable)Proactive and commercially aware, with a passion for supporting business growthStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent attention to detail with the ability to ..... full job details .....
