Accountancy Tutor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Job Title: Accountancy Tutor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Delivery required across Berkshire and Southampton Salary: up to £55,000 (Salary depending on skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: No teaching or assessing experience? No problem! Our client will support you through the completion of relevant qualifications to become a fully-fledged Tutor. Must be ACCA qualified, or a Finalist. Confident and comfortable to deliver training/workshops to groups of learners, and on a 1:1 basis. Ideally have experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within an Accountancy setting. An understanding of Accountancy qualifications and Apprenticeship programmes. Full, clean UK driving licence and use of own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties: To teach a caseload of students and Apprentices, who are working towards AAT, ACA, CIMA and ACCA examinations. Support with the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes up to Level 7. Provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey. Organise and maintain documentation on learners'' progress. Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
