This is a rewarding sales and consultancy role where you will effectively manage your own desk as a business within a business. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients. Identify recruitment opportunities with companies across the region. Source, interview, and assess candidates. Match candidates to suitable vacancies and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Conduct business development activities, including sales calls and client meetings. Manage candidate and client expectations throughout the recruitment journey. Achieve and exceed agreed activity and revenue targets.
