This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant to join a reputable practice, managing a varied client portfolio and taking ownership of accounts preparation, tax, and advisory work. The Role - Senior Accountant:Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companiesComplete corporation tax returns and personal tax computationsManage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contactReview and support junior staff with bookkeeping and accounts workAssist with VAT returns, management accounts, and compliance workLiaise with clients to provide proactive accounting and advisory supportEnsure work is completed in line with UK GAAP and relevant tax regulationsAbout You - Senior Accountant:ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or QBE with strong practice experienceProven background in a UK accountancy practice environmentStrong experience in accounts preparation and tax complianceConfident managing your own client portfolioGood knowledge of corporation tax, VAT, and self-assessment taxStrong communication skills with a client-focused approachAbility to support and mentor junior team membersWhat''s on Offer:Competitive salary dependent on experienceSupportive and friendly Kent-based accountancy practiceExposure to a varied and growing client portfolioCareer ..... full job details .....
