They pride themselves on maintaining strong client relationships and creating a supportive and enjoyable working environment for their team.The RoleAs an Accountancy Practice Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of clients while supporting the Partner with the operational management of the practice.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of owner managed businesses, sole traders and partnershipsPreparing and reviewing statutory accountsPreparing and reviewing corporation tax and personal tax returnsReviewing bookkeeping and VAT work completed by the teamActing as the main point of contact for clients and providing ongoing support and adviceSupporting and mentoring junior members of staffAssisting with workflow management and ensuring deadlines are metSupporting the Partner with the day to day running of the practiceIdentifying opportunities to improve ..... full job details .....
