Accountancy Practice Accounts and Tax Manager

The Role As an Accounts and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality accounting and taxation service. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of accounts and tax clientsLeading client meetings and providing accounting and tax adviceReviewing statutory accounts and tax returns before submissionEnsuring compliance with HMRC and Companies House requirementsMonitoring workflow and allocating work across the teamReviewing files to ensure quality, compliance, and technical standards are metBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging deadlines and ensuring all client commitments are delivered on timeSupporting year-end reporting requirements, including P11Ds and other tax-related filingsDriving efficiencies through technology and best practice processesSupporting, mentoring, and developing junior team membersContributing to a positive and high-performing team cultureAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience managing a portfolio within an accountancy practiceStrong accounts and tax ..... full job details .....
