Ideal Requirements for the Account Specialist Proven success in a customer-facing sales or account management role, with a track record of achieving ambitious targets and building lasting customer relationships. A strong understanding of the NHS and primary care landscape, with the ability to identify customer priorities and create meaningful, value-driven partnerships. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, enabling you to engage confidently with a wide range of healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Commercially minded with strong account planning and analytical skills, using customer insights and data to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
