What You''ll Be Doing:You will split your time between face-to-face stakeholder engagement and keeping our back office systems running like clockwork. Your core responsibilities will include:Worker and Client Engagement: Act as the primary face of the service. You will manage daily worker engagement for temporary staff, host face-to-face client service meetings, and run "worker surgeries" to solve day-to-day workplace hurdles.The Onboarding Architect: You''ll ensure that all new starters have the best start in their new role by meeting with them regularly throughout their first few weeks.System and Data Specialist: Maintain 100% accurate live data within our systems and databases.Lifecycle and ER Management: Conduct regular formal check-ins with staff, proactively handle assignment extensions, manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, and oversee the end-to-end leaver process.Account Knowledge ..... full job details .....
