is seeking a talented
Account Manager / Account Director
to spearhead its Northern expansion.
Launched in 2024 by an experienced leadership team, the business represents
premium AV content platforms
that reach
30,000+ pubs and bars nationwide . With exclusive partnerships in
live sport and entertainment , advertisers can connect with audiences at the heart of their social lives – from after-work pints to big-match moments.
The company works closely with agencies and brands to unlock impactful advertising opportunities across
spot airtime, sponsorships, promotions, and digital , offering a unique proposition that blends high reach, contextual relevance, and memorable brand experiences.
Backed by a strong London HQ and ambitious growth plans, this business is now building its
Northern hub in Manchester
– and this role is central to making that happen.
The Role
Take ownership of a
Northern agency patch , building strong media agency and client relationships.
Proactively generate revenue across
AV, OOH, sponsorship, and digital media sales .
Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and respond to briefs with creative, impactful proposals.
Act as the
face of the business in the North , committing to at least 10 external meetings per week.
Collaborate closely with HQ to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven background in
media sales
– ideally across AV, OOH, digital, or sponsorship.
Established relationships with planning and buying teams.
A
self-starter
who thrives with independence but values collaboration.
Commercially sharp, target-driven, and ambitious.
Excellent communicator and confident presenter.
Organised, proactive, and a natural relationship builder.
A passion for media – and if you love sport, that’s a bonus.
