You''ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, developing trusted partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey.Working with clients across both the public and private sectors, you''ll play a key role in driving account growth while collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.What you''ll be doingManaging and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Director and C-suite.Understanding clients'' strategic objectives and technology challenges to identify opportunities for additional services and projects.Creating strategic account plans that maximise customer value and drive long-term growth.Producing accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and account plans for senior leadership.Working closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.Leading regular account ..... full job details .....
