COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Wellingborough, Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Raunds, Kettering, Bedford, Northampton, Thrapston JOB DESCRIPTION: As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of contracted customers, ensuring a high level of service delivery and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. You''ll work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to support customer requirements, meet agreed SLAs and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
