The role will be primarily office-based in Greater Manchester, with regular visits to live sites. This position is ideal for a proactive, organised manager with strong people skills and experience in reactive and external maintenance environments.Key Responsibilities Department Management Oversee the operational performance of the departmentEnsure reactive and external maintenance projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standardAct as the main point of contact for key client accounts Fleet Management Manage and maintain the company vehicle fleetMonitor usage, servicing schedules, compliance, and costs Training and Development Coordinate and manage staff training requirementsEnsure operatives remain compliant with required certifications and standardsCarry out regular appraisals and performance reviews Problem Solving and Operational Support Resolve operational, staff, and site-related issues efficientlyProvide hands-on support to supervisors and operatives as requiredSupport continuous improvement across processes and performance Financial and Commercial Duties Oversee invoices and ensure accurate and timely ..... full job details .....
