This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment or account management professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading a team and keeping workforce operations running effectively in a fast-paced environment. You''ll take responsibility for the overall delivery of the recruitment service, ensuring staffing requirements are met, the onsite team is well supported and the client receives a consistent, reliable service. With responsibility for a substantial temporary workforce, you''ll need to be organised, commercially aware and confident handling changing priorities. This is a hands-on leadership position where your ability to bring people together, solve problems and improve performance will make a real difference to the success of the operation.
