The salary is around -28,00034,000 per annum. The Company: Our client are a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company who produce, import, and distribute bespoke medicines. Your main duties will be: Manage the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to retention.- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Liaise with customers to ensure timely and effective communication regarding orders, services and inquiries.- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management. Your Background (Essential): Degree in scientific, pharmaceutical or quality-related discipline. Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer success, account management or customer-facing role. Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland. Your Background (Desirable): Experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, specials or other regulated environment.
