The salary is around 28,000- 34,000 per annum. The Company: Our client are a Pharmaceutical manufacturing company who produce, import, and distribute bespoke medicines. Your main duties will be:Manage the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to retention. Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.Liaise with customers to ensure timely and effective communication regarding orders, services and inquiries. Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
