Duties Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, fostering strong relationships to maximise customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised proposals and negotiate terms effectively. Analyse sales data to identify patterns, forecast future sales, and develop strategies for growth.
