Account Manager (Spanish speaking)
Job Summary BGA are looking for a talented individual to develop and provide excellent service to new and current customers. The Spanish speaking Account Manager will be responsible for working with all areas of the business to maximise the distribution of the BGA brand. The successful candidate must possess a hands-on attitude regarding problem solving, a good multitasker and a willingness to learn at speed. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls professionally and make outbound calls to resolve account queries. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email. Process UK and export orders through email, telephone, and the electronic ordering system. Manage and maintain customer accounts, including setting up new accounts in internal and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Monitor and manage the DHL shipping dashboard on a daily basis. Collaborate with the UK and Export Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to maximise the distribution of the BGA brand. Analyse customer orders and identify opportunities to maximise sales and improve order fulfilment. Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM, Smartsheet, and Power BI reporting tools. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
