Account Manager

Our-client-is-looking-for-an-experienced-Account-Manager-to-join-their-growing-team.-This-is-an-exciting-opportunity-for-a-proactive-and-organised-individual-who-enjoys-supporting-the-sales-process,-managing-customer-relationships,-and-coordinating-projects-from-order-placement-through-to-successful-delivery.

Working-closely-with-the-Sales-and-Operations-teams,-you-will-play-a-pivotal-role-in-ensuring-orders-are-processed-efficiently,-customers-are-kept-informed,-and-projects-progress-smoothly-from-initial-handover-to-completion.-This-role-combines-the-detail-and-organisation-of-sales-administration-with-the-coordination-and-customer-engagement-aspects-of-project-management.

Key-Responsibilities

• Manage-a-portfolio-of-customer-accounts-and-day-to-day-enquiries.
• Prepare,-manage-and-follow-up-quotations.
• Coordinate-projects-from-order-through-to-completion.
• Liaise-with-internal-departments-to-ensure-customer-requirements-and-deadlines-are-met.
• Provide-customers-with-accurate-and-timely-project-updates.
• Maintain-accurate-CRM-and-MIS-records.
• Manage-customer-queries-and-ensure-issues-are-resolved-promptly.
• Identify-opportunities-for-repeat-business-and-account-development.
• Ensure-customer-specifications-and-project-information-are-clearly-communicated-internally.
• Maintain-commercial-awareness-when-managing-costs,-specifications-and-customer-expectations.
• Build-and-maintain-strong-relationships-with-customers-and-internal-teams.

About-You

• Previous-experience-within-Sales-Administration,-Internal-Sales,-Customer-Service,-Account-Management-or-Project-Coordination.
• Must-have-previous-experience-in-large-format-print,-signage,-graphics,-exhibition-or-manufacturing
• Strong-administrative-and-organisational-skills-with-excellent-attention-to-detail.
• Confident-managing-multiple-orders,-projects-and-priorities-simultaneously.
• Customer-focused-with-a-professional-and-proactive-approach.
• Excellent-communication-skills-and-the-ability-to-build-strong-working-relationships.
• Comfortable-working-in-a-fast-paced-environment-and-meeting-deadlines.
• Experience-using-CRM-systems-and-Microsoft-Office-packages.
