We''re now looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our growing Health & Social Care team as Account Managers.



The Role

Working alongside one of our top-performing consultants on a warm desk, you''ll manage existing client accounts within the health and social care sector, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while supporting organisations to access the high-quality staff they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client accounts and coordinating temporary and permanent staffing requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare and social care providers.
  • Delivering outstanding service to maximise client retention and repeat business.
  • Matching high-quality candidates to suitable roles across the health and social care sector.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business growth and service excellence.
  • Supporting compliance and ensuring all placements meet industry and regulatory requirements.


What We''re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience (essential), ideally within health & social care or another fast-paced recruitment sector.
  • A strong work ethic and proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive, ambition, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Degree and/or sales experience (preferred but not essential for graduate-calibre candidates).
