Account Manager

Siamo Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join our client based in Flint, North Wales. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with several departments across the Head Office in Flint, playing a key role in customer service, sales growth, and account management. Key Responsibilities Managing and developing B2B customer relationshipsGenerating leads and identifying new business opportunities both face-to-face and over the telephoneProactively managing a portfolio of existing customersProcessing customer sales ordersHandling inbound calls and enquiries professionallyUsing the in-house database and manufacturing systemIdentifying opportunities to grow accounts with both new and existing customersProviding after-sales supportWorking closely with internal departments when requiredOrganising and prioritising workload to meet deadlinesBuilding strong relationships both internally and externally Essential Skills and Experience Sales experienceConfident and professional telephone mannerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and motivated approach to workGood time management and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of ..... full job details .....
