This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to manage and grow existing customer relationships while contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and build strong relationships with key customersUnderstand client needs and deliver the right products and servicesFollow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and send out samplesIdentify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-sellingHandle day-to-day queries and resolve customer issues efficientlyArrange and attend customer meetings (both on-site and in the field)Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain accurate CRM records and reporting Skills and Experience Proven experience in account management or B2B sales within a buy-sell environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsGood commercial awarenessHighly organised, proactive, and confident dealing with customersComfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales targets achievedMeaningful Selling Interactions (MSIs)Deals won What''s on Offer Basic salary up to £50,000 with an OTE of £60,000Bonus ..... full job details .....
