Overview
We are seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to strengthen and grow SEND Coffee’s wholesale partnerships. This role is focused on building long-term relationships with cafes, restaurants, offices, and other wholesale partners. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring partners receive excellent service, support, and value.Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for wholesale partners, maintaining consistent and proactive communication.Understand each partner’s business needs and work with them to maximise value from SEND Coffee’s products and services.Support onboarding of new wholesale partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the SEND Coffee community.Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, providing tailored recommendations on coffee, training, and equipment.Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, training, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of service.Track account activity, sales performance, and partner engagement to identify growth opportunities.Represent SEND Coffee at industry events, tastings, and partner visits to strengthen relationships.Advocate for SEND Coffee’s mission, ensuring partners understand and connect with our social impact.Skills and Experience
