This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and driving account growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B client accounts Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers Act as the main point of contact for all client queries and requests Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times Resolve issues efficiently using a proactive, problem-solving approach Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems About You Previous experience in a B2B account management, sales, or customer service role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office What''s on Offer Competitive salary of 28,000 - 30,000 Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends) Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for progression and development ..... full job details .....
