This role is responsible for handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website channels, supporting customers throughout their journey, and helping convert enquiries into sales opportunities.The successful candidate will build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, maintain accurate CRM records, process orders efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer experience.
